Admissions Requirements

The following forms and fees must be received at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester in which students seek to enroll. Please check both lists before sending your application documents.

General Requirements

1.     Application Form and 1 U.S. passport size photo
2.     Student Disclosure Form
3.     Student Enrollment Agreement
4.     Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
5.     Statement of Faith
6.     Statement of Acknowledgment of PCT Disciplinary Policies
7.     High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate
8.     Foreign Academic Credential Evaluation
9.     Fee Payment (see “Tuition and Fees” table in the PCT Catalog, page 19)
10.   Proof of English Proficiency (see “English Proficiency” in the PCT Catalog, page 15)

International Students

1.      Transfer Clearance Form – Section B (Transfer Students only)
2.       Academic / USCIS Standing (Transfer Students only)
3.       Transfer Clearance Form – Section A (Transfer Students only)
4.       SEVIS I-20 Application
5.       Copy of previous I-20 Self & Dependents (Transfer Students only)
6.       Copy of I-94 Self & and Dependents
7.       Valid Government-Issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.)
8.       Birth Certificate of dependent children
9.       Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
10.    Current Bank Statement or letter from bank attesting to sufficient funds
11.    Additional Affidavit of Support, if needed
