Pacific College of Technology is currently hiring for the following positions:
IT Instructor
Position Description:
The faculty member is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and/or updating a class syllabus
- Order appropriate books and materials in advance of the class start date.
- Conduct instructional activities, including lectures, labs, etc. according to course syllabus
- Conduct evaluations of student performance based on course deliverables
- Submitting completed mid-semester progress reports and final grades according to University regulations.
- Grading student assignments and exams in a timely manner.
- Inform students of their progress in the course by grading and returning work in a timely manner.
- Participating in departmental meetings or workshops.
- Build a positive rapport with students and other faculty.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CAO or the Program Director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, preferably a master’s degree
- IT certifications required
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience or professional experience in the IT field required.

Accounting Instructor
Position Description:
